The audit committee of the board of directors of Trip.com Group Limited (the “Company”) will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 (Hong Kong time) for the purposes of, among others, approving the Company’s financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2026 (the “Results”) and its publication.
The Company will announce the Results on Thursday, June 25, 2026 (Hong Kong time), before the trading hours of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The Company’s management team will host a conference call at 8:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time on June 24, 2026 (or 8:00 AM on June 25, 2026 in the Hong Kong Time) following the announcement.
