CTRIP PLANS TO DISTRIBUTE DIVIDENDS
Shanghai, China, June 30, 2005 - Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading consolidator of hotel accommodations and airline tickets in China, today announced that pursuant to the shareholders resolutions adopted at the companys annual shareholders meeting on November 5, 2004, the company plans to distribute dividends in the aggregate amount of approximately US$4.8 million to its shareholders of record as of December 31, 2004, at a dividend rate of US$0.1525 per ordinary share, or US$0.305 per ADS, before giving effect to the ADS issuance fee payable to the depositary. The dividends are expected to be distributed on or around July 8, 2005.
